Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,000 – $128,500 annually

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Food & Beverages environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction processes for new, relocated, and expanded stores
  • Oversee remodel and renovation projects for existing stores
  • Ensure adherence to quality and financial standards by tracking progress and costs
  • Visit project sites for monitoring and scheduling purposes
  • Hold contractors and landlords accountable for project timelines and budgets
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project statuses
  • Input and maintain construction key dates in project management systems
  • Simultaneously manage 30-50 diverse projects with costs between $100,000 and $1.5M+

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management in retail, handling multiple projects across states
  • Minimum of 5 years in ground-up building construction with retailers or general contractors
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Technical training or experience in building codes, estimating, and mechanical/electrical/structural areas
  • College degree in a construction-related field
  • Familiar with store fixturing, planning, and operations
