Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Clerk position at our El Cajon, CA location.
- Assisting customers on the sales floor
- Organizing merchandise
- Maintaining store cleanliness
- Handling cash register transactions
- Processing donations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and engage positively with customers
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean, wellstocked, and orderly store environment
- Reliability and a punctual work ethic
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday 10:30am - 7:00pm
- Sunday 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Monday through Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm
Pay Range
$16.90-$17.00 per hour
