Store Clerk

Veterans Thrift Stores, established in 1964, is dedicated to supporting veterans and giving back to the local community through various charitable programs. By joining our team, you contribute to meaningful programs making a difference in people’s lives. This is a full-time, on-site Store Clerk position at our Oceanside, CA location. The Store Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, organizing merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling cash register transactions. Additionally, the role involves processing donations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and engage positively with customers Organizational skills to maintain a clean, wellstocked, and orderly store environment Reliability and a punctual work ethic Previous experience in a retail or customerfacing role is a plus, but not required Schedule Sunday 9:00am - 5:30pm and Monday through Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm or Tuesday through Saturday 10:30am – 7:00pm Pay Range $16.90-$17.00 per hour Benefits: Paid Sick Days, Paid vacation, Health Insurance, 401k HOW TO APPLY: Pleas go in person to our Oceanside location at 1624 S Coast Highway, OS 92054 and ask to speak to an available supervisor to fill out an application.
