About the role

We're revolutionizing the smoke and vaping industry since 2011 and we're expanding nationwide. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and excellent customer service
• Be the subject matter expert, providing accurate information to customers
• Sell based on the needs of the customers
• Keep the store clean and clutter-free
• Restock shelves
• Stay up to date on all new products offered in our stores

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with products within our industry are a plus
• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A reliable person willing to grow in a fast-paced and growing company
