About the role

At Xhale City, we revolutionize the smoke and vaping industry since 2011 and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, friendly, and excellent service while staying up-to-date on all new products.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and excellent customer service
• Offer accurate information about products
• Sell based on customer needs
• Keep the store clean and clutter-free
• Restock shelves
• Stay updated on new products

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older, some states require 21 years of age
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry (optional)
• Knowledge and experience with products in our industry (optional)
• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A reliable person willing to grow in a fast-paced and growing company
