Store Associate - Deli Counter Part Time

About the role

We’re hiring an outgoing, dependable Deli / Meat Counter Associate who is comfortable starting conversations, learning customers’ preferences, and offering helpful recommendations. You don’t need previous deli or meat experience, but you should genuinely enjoy working with people and take pride in giving every customer a great experience.

In this hands-on role, you’ll prepare and package products, serve customers one-on-one, keep the counter fresh and inviting, and work closely with a lively, supportive team. The pace stays active, and there is always something to do. If you’re friendly, engaging, and energized by helping people, you’ll feel at home here.

Responsibilities

• Slicing, weighing, packaging, and displaying deli and meat products
• Greeting customers and creating a friendly, welcoming experience
• Starting conversations, answering questions, and making helpful recommendations
• Learning the preferences of regular customers and helping them find what they need
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, well-stocked, and inviting
• Working with the rest of the team to maintain attentive service throughout the day

Pay
