About the role
We're revolutionizing the smoke and vaping industry since 2011 and we're expanding nationwide. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and excellent customer service
- Be the subject matter expert who provides accurate information to customers
- Sell based on the needs of the customers
- Keep the store clean and clutter-free
- Restock shelves
- Stay up to date on all new products offered in our stores
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older (some states require 21 years of age)
- Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with products within our industry is a plus
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- A reliable person who wants to have an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and growing company
