What You’ll Do:
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Hourly Rate plus commission based on personal sales performance
