About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Maintain eye contact, offer help locating items, and give a warm greeting to customers.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, following company policies and procedures.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and manage inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
• Assist in providing customer support across different departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth and career development opportunities.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
• Having close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections involving small parts/details.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required.

Skills

Pay
