Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
- Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory.
- Support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
- Offer customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support the mission of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
- Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
