About the role

The Retail Store Associate position plays a significant role in shaping the future of health care. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing exceptional customer service and supporting various departments like photo and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with empathy and care
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support across different departments
• Work in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities
• Avoid and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required

Skills

Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay
