The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting various departments within the store.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and empathy
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Provide customer support to departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
- Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical requirements: remaining upright on the feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
- Visual acuity: close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections involving small parts/details

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
