The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide differentiated customer service, focusing on the customer and supporting various departments within the store.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and care
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support to departments like photo and beauty
• Work regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development
• Avoid and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
