Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with empathy and professionalism
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and supporting vendors
• Support the pharmacy department by assisting with photo and beauty services and keeping the area stocked and operational
• Participate in opening and closing store activities as needed
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs to enhance health and wellness

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
