Responsibilities
- Anticipate and resolve potential service issues
- Maintain eye contact and offer help locating additional items
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
- Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Provide customer support to departments like photo and beauty
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed
- Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
- Having close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational abilities are essential.
