Responsibilities
- Anticipate and meet customer needs through attentive and compassionate interactions.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and offering assistance as needed.
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
- Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities as required.
- Provide customer support across various departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Work in the pharmacy as part of growth and career development opportunities.
- Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Physical requirements include remaining upright on the feet for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts of force regularly.
- Visual acuity necessary for tasks such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts/details.
