Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: remaining upright on feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly.
• Visual acuity: close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts/details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
