About the role
The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You'll work closely with customers, supporting various departments and assisting in the pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and empathy
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
- Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
- Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay
