The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health plays a significant role in providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, positively impacting the lives of customers through various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Foster a welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product inquiries.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing vendor relationships, and updating pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities, including stocking shelves and preparing for the next day's operations.
• Offer assistance to departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Work shifts in the pharmacy to gain valuable experience and grow your career.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to remain upright on the feet for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly.
• Good visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
