Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities, including working shifts in the pharmacy.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and provide customer support across different departments.
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support better health outcomes.

Requirements

• Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and reading.
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and negligible force regularly.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience.

• Age: At least 16 years old.
• Time type: Part time.
• Anticipated weekly hours: 20.
• Shift flexibility: Every weekend required.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $19.00 per hour. The actual pay will vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
