Store Associate

About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with customers, supporting various departments and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with empathy and professionalism
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and assisting with vendor check-ins
• Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities
• Provide assistance to pharmacy staff and participate in pharmacy shifts as needed
• Stay informed about new CVS services and loyalty programs to enhance customer experiences

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
