The Retail Store Associate position plays a crucial role within the CVS Health family. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing exceptional customer service and supporting various departments to ensure a positive health experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and meet customer needs through attentive service and helpful interactions
• Maintain a welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product location
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies
• Manage the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities
• Provide assistance to departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
• Work in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities and career development
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to remain upright on feet for extended periods
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
