Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with empathy and care
• Provide accurate cash, check, and credit card transactions while adhering to company policies
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing vendor relationships, and updating pricing information
• Support the opening and closing of the store as needed
• Assist in stocking and operating departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and up-to-date
• Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity necessary for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and reading

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills

Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to lift and move objects, and proficiency with cash register systems are essential.
