The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of customers.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs with empathy and care.
- Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
- Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts of force regularly.
- Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections involving small parts/details.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $19.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
