The Retail Store Associate position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of health care. You'll provide exceptional customer service, manage cash transactions, and support various departments within a leading retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and meet customer needs through attentive service and helpful interactions
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product inquiries
- Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit cards according to company policies
- Manage the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities
- Provide cross-departmental support, ensuring all departments have adequate stock and are operating efficiently
- Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
- Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
- Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Pay
