Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
• Foster a welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product location
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory
• Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities
• Offer customer support across different departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
• Work in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities and career development
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that enhance health outcomes

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity: close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience

Pay Range
