The Retail Store Associate position plays a vital role in shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience at CVS Health. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments like photo and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a warm and friendly greeting, assisting customers with locating items as needed.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, adhering to company policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and manage inventory under the direction of the store manager.
• Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities.
• Offer customer support across different departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development opportunities.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that enhance health and wellness.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
• Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
