The Retail Store Associate position plays a crucial role in shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing exceptional customer service and supporting various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
• Give a warm greeting and assist customers in locating items
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Assist in stocking and operating departments like photo and beauty
• Work shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and reading

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
