Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer with a warm greeting, eye contact, and assistance locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
- Support opening and closing store activities, when needed.
- Offer customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
- Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred but not required.

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
