Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and care
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory
- Provide customer support across different departments
- Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
- Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical requirements: standing on feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
- Visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and reading
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina are essential.
