About the role
The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health plays a significant role in providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities
- Anticipate and meet customer needs with empathy and care
- Provide accurate cash, check, and credit card transactions
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with vendor check-ins
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Ensure all departments, especially photo and beauty, are fully stocked and operational
- Work shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development opportunities
- Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
- Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
