The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with customers, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving service issues.
- Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and managing inventory.
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
- Assist pharmacy personnel during regular shifts, promoting new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
- Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts/details.
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay
