The Retail Store Associate position plays a significant role in shaping the future of health care. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments like photo and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain eye contact and offer help to locate items, ensuring a warm and friendly greeting.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, following company policies and procedures.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities, assisting with inventory management tasks.
• Offer customer support across different departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly.
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required.

Skills

Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay
