Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Foster a welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product inquiries.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing vendor relationships, and updating pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Offer assistance to departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Work regular shifts in the pharmacy to gain growth and career development opportunities.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on the feet for extended periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and other relevant factors.
