About the role

The Retail Store Associate position plays a vital role in shaping the future of health care. You'll provide exceptional customer service, manage cash transactions, and support various departments within a leading retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit cards
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Offer assistance to departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
• Work shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development opportunities
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity for close work

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills preferred

Pay
