Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs with empathy and care

- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Provide customer support across different departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
- Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
- Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to handle cash and credit card transactions, and strong organizational abilities are essential.
