About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, assisting customers with product selection and checkout.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information as directed.
• Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities.
• Assist in the photo and beauty departments, ensuring stock levels and service updates are current.
• Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Visual acuity necessary for tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience.

Pay

Schedule
