About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You'll work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of customers.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and care
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and update pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support across various departments
• Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and reading

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with new CVS services and loyalty programs
