The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and care
- Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Provide customer support across all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
- Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on the feet for extended periods
- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly
- Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new services and programs are also important.

Pay
