The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide differentiated customer service, focus on the customer, and perform cashier duties accurately. Responsibilities
- Anticipate and meet customer needs through warm greetings, helpful assistance, and prompt resolution of service issues.
- Perform cashier duties with precision, handling cash, checks, and credit cards according to company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
- Support pharmacy personnel by working regular shifts and participating in opportunities for growth and career development.
- Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs.
- Ensure all departments are fully stocked and operational, staying current with updated services and tools.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Physical requirements include remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, and up to 10 lbs frequently.
- Visual acuity necessary for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and performing visual inspections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required.

- Experience in a similar role.

Pay
