About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with customers, supporting various departments and assisting in the pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers warmly and offering assistance as needed.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
• Support store operations by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and collaborating with vendors.
• Assist in opening and closing store activities as required.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, occasional lifting up to 10 lbs, and negligible force.
• Visual acuity necessary for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and reading.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational abilities are essential.

Pay
