The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide differentiated customer service, focusing on the customer, and supporting various departments including photo and beauty. Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
• Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel during regular shifts, working towards growth and career development.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
• Having close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections involving small parts/details.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required.

Skills

Physical stamina, visual acuity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential skills for this role.
