Store Associate

About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You'll work closely with customers, supporting various departments and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
• Offer assistance to pharmacy personnel and participate in regular pharmacy shifts for growth and development.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements include remaining upright on the feet for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity necessary for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and reading.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
