About the role

Helping people recover from strokes, concussions, and brain injuries in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with safety, organization skills, medical and therapeutic rehab homework, medication reminders, social entertainment, and money management.
• Provide social skills training.

Requirements

• One to two years of health care experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Car.
• Super time management and organizational consistency.
• Great smartphone and tablet skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals recovering from strokes, concussions, and brain injuries.
• High standards of care and accountability.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
