Direct Care Workers

We are seeking full-time Direct Care Workers for all shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to facility residents for their activities of daily living
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties
• Mealtime service
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Executive Director

Requirements

• Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course upon hire

Qualifications

We seek individuals who can handle medications and provide direct care to facility residents. No specific educational background is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, and a compassionate nature are essential. Experience in a caregiving role is beneficial but not mandatory.
