Stone Setting Studio Specialist 1

About the role

The goal of the Stone Setting Support Specialist is to ensure all work received into the Department is verified and accurate before being placed on the Stone Setting floor, allowing teams to work efficiently without issues or confusion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The ability to adhere to company attendance policies.
• To be present daily to fulfill Stuller's promise.
• To work safely and responsibly.
• To communicate effectively and show respect to all individuals.
• To possess knowledge of the production process, including scheduling and distributing HIYW batches, communicating special instructions within and between departments, requisitioning parts and materials as needed, and routing batches to appropriate departments for production requirements.
• To be familiar with Oracle for research, Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, and identifying trends.
• To communicate with Sales on order issues affecting stone and product configuration.
• To strictly adhere to attention to detail.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
