Stockroom Manager (In Training)

2s2 Inc, DBA: DITHD – Monitor and Display Manufacturer, looking for a computer-savvy quick learner who can flexibly fill various roles and grow with our business.

Responsibilities

• Receive all packages, count, inspect, and stock them in the proper warehouse locations.
• Scan all documentation (Packing Slips, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Conformity) into the database and receive/referenced into QuickBooks.
• Perform regular audits of inventory and locations, counting stock levels, checking re-order points, and verifying correct location designators.
• Prepare kitted material carts for new production Work Orders by pulling all applicable materials listed on the Bill of Materials, verifying stock levels, marking shortages, and providing it to the assembly line.
• Pack and label finished goods, review all documentation to assure correct items and information is used.
• Prepare shipments to customer locations using various freight carrier methods and systems.
• Marry Invoices to Received Goods, confirm pricing matches on Invoice with Purchase Orders, and add shipping costs to Invoice.
• Pickup/deliver materials to vendors as needed using company van.
• Perform all of the above in a manner that conforms to the Quality Management System Requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good reading, writing, and math skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
• Valid CA Driver License.
