Stockroom Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and parts within the warehouse
• Pulls inventory for Sales Order processing and transfers to new locations
• Examines and inspects outgoing material for correct P/N and S/N
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or relocates orders to a holding area or shipping department
• Organizes the stockroom and material to be pulled for Sales Orders and Repair Orders
• Provides customer service for both the Sales Department and outgoing Quality Inspection team in resolving order conflicts

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Aviation experience: must be able to diagnose aircraft parts, materials, and component pieces not in compliance
• Ability to move and handle merchandise throughout the building generally weighing 0 to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate a forklift and ladder
• One year of experience in the aviation industry preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills
