Jet Avion Corporation, located at HEICO’s corporate headquarters in Hollywood, Florida, specializes in the supply of various platforms of aircraft and engine PMAs. Our products and capabilities range from interiors cabin components to highly complex power plant and accessory parts.

The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, counting, packaging, labeling, storing, and distribution of materials, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory. This role requires attentiveness, organization, efficiency, energy, and a strong work ethic. May involve heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts, package, and label items from inventory for work orders.
• Perform accurate inventory hand-counts of high-quantities, ranging in size from tiny pins to oversized pallet lots.
• Package, label, and stock lots according to standards.
• Verify and maintain documentation related to part counts and movements.
• Utilize computer systems, barcode scanners, and printers to record inventory transactions, generate labels, produce paperwork, and communicate via phone and email.
• Recognize and resolve inventory discrepancies and work area issues.
• Coordinate with co-workers to accomplish large tasks efficiently.
• Operate machinery for moving products, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies; replenish as needed.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom area.
• Assist Shipping & Receiving as needed.
• Dress appropriately for an office work environment while maintaining strict attention to warehouse safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
