Responsibilities

  • Pick, kit, and issue parts to work orders, both physically and in the MRP system.
  • Stand at a work station for extended periods.
  • Physically set up SMT trollies, ensuring correct parts are placed on correct feeders.
  • Audit others' work for accuracy.
  • Validate inventory for correct labels, identification, and quantities.
  • Count parts physically and using equipment.
  • Move inventory both physically and in the MRP system.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Work in multiple positions as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy at all times.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all warehouse "customers".
  • Work under high levels of stress, pressure, and scrutiny.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma (required).
  • Experience performing transactions in an MRP system (required).
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations.
  • Experience using Outlook or other email platforms.
  • Highest level of attention to detail and accuracy (required).
  • Ability to work on highly repetitive tasks or routine duties daily.
  • Flexibility to switch between multiple job functions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Ability to verify (audit) the work of others.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Legible handwriting.
  • Ability to walk, crouch, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.
  • Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, including screening for illegal drugs and marijuana.
